Children Under 13

If you voluntarily provide your email address, subscribe to a mailing list, join a priority list, register for a program, make a purchase, or otherwise request information, Musical English may communicate with you by email. During the initial Musical English launch, IC Phone System communications may primarily relate to Musical English teacher opportunities, teacher-training inquiries, Founding Teacher information, teacher priority-list registration, webinars or presentations, appointments, customer service, enrollment, purchases, teacher-course access, account information, LMS access, training notifications, and related teacher support.

As Musical English expands its programs, the IC Phone System may also be used to communicate with parents, guardians, and customers concerning children’s Musical English programs, parent programs, ESL learning programs, homeschooling programs, online video courses, LMS access, purchases, account notifications, program information, appointments, customer service, and other requested services.

Where a person has separately consented to receive marketing communications, Musical English may also use the IC Phone System to send information about teacher training, Musical English programs, special offers, launches, events, educational products, parent programs, promotions, and other Musical English opportunities.

12. Non-Marketing Text Messages

Following confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you later opt in again.

15. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy

Musical English takes the privacy of mobile telephone information and messaging consent seriously. Musical English does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent information to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-party payment providers maintain their own privacy, security, and transaction practices.

Musical English does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers directly in ordinary business systems when payments are processed by an authorized third-party provider.

Musical English may use an LMS or similar online educational platform to provide teacher training, teacher-course access, video instruction, educational resources, parent programs, ESL programs, homeschooling programs, and other digital learning services.

Musical English may use third-party printers, book-production services, distributors, fulfillment providers, or shipping companies to fulfill orders. These providers may receive information reasonably necessary to process and deliver an order.
