A Little About Jei
Jei is a complete optimist with an endless amount of energy and devotion to life, love and children. She sees life in mostly greens, can handle spicy like its hot, constantly gets lost in good books and movies, a puppy-dog snuggler, and a flipflop fairy.
Jei was born and spent first ten years in South Korea. Jei’s favorite memories of her early years are growing up with grandparents and the beautiful four seasons of Korea. At 10 years old, Jei moved to Japan for the next ten years of her life. Jei quickly learned she had a talented ear for languages and learned Japanese and English while attending an International school in Osaka, Japan. From her years in this multi-cultural school, Jei learned to embrace the similarities and differences of the world.
After moving to California, Jei continued her higher education at California State Northridge. Jei has spent many years tutoring and teaching students from age 5 to 18 in variety of subjects. Jei’s background in learning a second and third language gives her a deeper understanding of how to help children properly learn language and communication to children as young as one-year old.
